开机前准备 Preparations before startup

1、建议将再生排气管、清洗排气管、真空泵排气管均接至废气处理装置。

It is recommended to connect the regeneration exhaust pipe, purging exhaust pipe,and vacuum pump exhaust pipe to the waste gas treatment device.

 

2、检查气体是否充足。

Check whether the gas is sufficient.

 

3、检查工作气管道与工作气钢瓶、再生气管道与再生气钢瓶是否连接。

Check whether the working gas pipeline is connected to the working gas cylinder and whether the regeneration gas pipeline is connected to the regeneration gas cylinder.

 

4、检查工作气管道、再生气管道与手套箱是否连接。

Check whether the working gas pipeline and regeneration gas pipeline are connected to the glove box.

 

5、检查真空泵电源，油雾过滤器是否安装正常。确保油位在最小刻度线和最大刻度线中上位置，无需过多，开关要处于开启状态。

Check the vacuum pump power supply and whether the oil mist filter is installed properly.Ensure that the oil level is in the upper middle position between the minimum scale line and the maximum scale line.No excessive amount is needed. The switch should be in the on state.

 

6、检查水氧分析仪网线是否安装。

Check whether the network cable of the oxygen and water analyzer is installed.

 

7、检查清洗阀电源线及清洗阀气管，清洗阀排气接口是否安装。

Check whether the power cord of the cleaning valve, the gas pipe of the cleaning valve,and the exhaust interface of the cleaning valve is installed.

 

8、检查手套，搁物架，箱内电源线等相关附件是否安装完毕。

Check whether the relevant accessories such as gloves, supporter, and power cords in the box are installed.

 

开机 Power on

启动手套箱电源 Start the power supply of the glove box

 

工作气路检漏  Leak detection of the working gas circuit

1、打开工作气瓶主阀，调整附表压力至0.4~0.6mpa之间（主阀关闭状态下，调整副表压力时，副表无反应）。

Open the main valve of the working gas cylinder and adjust the pressure of the sencondary gauge to between 0.4mpa and 0.6mpa.

(When adjusting the pressure of the secondary gauge with the main valve in the closed state, there is no response from the secondary gauge.)

 

2、点击设置按钮，设置下压负1，上压4。  

Click the setting button, set the lower pressure to -1 and the upper pressure to 4

 

3、关掉工作气瓶主阀，观察减压阀主表和附表压力是否有变化。

Turn off the main valve of the working gas cylinder and observe whether the pressure of the main gauge and sencondary gauge of the pressure reducing valve changes

 

4、5~10分钟后，若压力无变化，打开工作气瓶主阀。（如压力有变化，请联系纽约国际967线路测试技术工程师）

After 5 to 10 minutes, if there is no change in pressure, open the main valve of the working gas cylinder.(If there is a change in pressure, please contact the technical engineer of Mikrouna.)

 

再生气路检漏  Leak detection of the regeneration gas circuit

再生气路检漏，同工作气路检漏方法一致，请确保再生气路不泄露。

For leak detection of the regeneration gas circuit, it is the same as the method for leak detection of the working gas circuit. Please ensure that there is no leakage in the regeneration gas circuit.

 

再生气路检漏无异常后，打开再生气瓶主阀，但要关闭再生气减压阀。

After there is no abnormality in the leak detection of the regeneration gas circuit,open the main valve of the regeneration gas cylinder, but close the regeneration gas pressure reducing valve.

 

手套箱检漏  Leak detection of glove box

室温对箱体压力有影响，建议在相对稳定的环境下进行箱压检漏测试

Room temperature has an impact on the pressure of the box. It is recommended to conduct the box pressure leak detection test in a relatively stable environment.

 

1、点击设定，设置上压11，下压8。

Click "Setting" and set the upper pressure to 11 and the lower pressure to 8

 

2、10分钟后，点击记录，点击泄漏率显示为直线，或10分钟前与10分钟后值几乎无变化，则表示手套箱密封性良好，无泄漏。

After 10 minutes, click "Record". If the leakage rate displayed is a straight line or if the value before and after 10 minutes is almost unchanged.it indicates that the glove box has good sealing performance and there is no leakage.

 

3、手套箱检漏结束后，箱体压力设为默认值。

After the leak detection of the glove box is completed, set the box pressure to the default value.

 

清洗-循环-清洗 Purging - Circulation - Purging 

注：此操作过程中请保证惰性气体充足，不足时请及时更换钢瓶气。

Note: During this operation process, please ensure that there is sufficient inert gas. If it is insufficient, please replace the cylinder gas in time.

 

1、点击分析仪，点击清洗，设置清洗时间30分钟。

Click on the analyzer, click on purging, and set the purging time to 30 minutes.

 

2、若30分钟后，清洗自动结束时，箱内水氧值未低于200PPM，可继续重复清洗。30分钟内，箱内水氧值已低于200PPM，可手动关闭清洗。

If after 30 minutes, when the purging automatically ends and the water and oxygen value in the box is not lower than 200 PPM, the purging can be repeated continuously.Within 30 minutes, if the water and oxygen value in the box is already lower than 200 PPM, the purging can be manually turned off.

 

3、点击开始，清洗启动，箱内水氧值低于200PPM时，手动关闭清洗，返回主页面。

Click on start, the purging starts. When the water and oxygen value in the box is lower than 200 PPM, manually turn off the purging and return to the main page.

 

4、点击循环按钮，循环系统启动，3分钟后，再次点击循环按钮，循环系统被关闭。

Click the circulation button to start the circulation system. After 3 minutes, click the circulation button again to turn off the circulation system.

 

5、点击清洗，设置清洗时间30分钟。

Click on cleaning and set the cleaning time to 30 minutes.

 

6、若30分钟后清洗自动结束时，箱内水氧值未低于100PPM，可继续重复清洗。30分钟内，箱内水氧值低于100PPM，可手动关闭清洗。

If after 30 minutes, when the purging automatically ends and the water and oxygen value in the box is not lower than 100 PPM, the purging can be repeated continuously.Within 30 minutes, if the water and oxygen value in the box is lower than 100 PPM, the purging can be manually turned off.

 

7、点击开始，清洗启动，返回主屏幕，箱内水氧值低于100PPM时，手动关闭清洗。

Click on start to start the purging and return to the main screen. When the water and oxygen value in the box is lower than 100 PPM, manually turn off the purging.

 

再生 Regeneration

1、点击再生按钮，点击再生气流量预置。

Click the regeneration button and then click on presetting the regeneration gas flow

 

2、调节再生气减压阀，观察浮子流量计，气体流量保持在15~20L/min之间，确认排气口有气体排出。（无气体排出请联系纽约国际967线路测试技术工程师）

Adjust the regeneration gas pressure reducing valve and observe the float flowmeter. Keep the gas flow between 15 and 20. Confirm that there is gas discharged from the exhaust port.

If there is no gas discharged, please contact the technical engineer of MiKrouna.

 

3、点击再生，选择是，再生开始。

Click on regeneration and select "Yes". The regeneration starts.

 

4、半小时后，检查净化柱是否升温。（不可直接触摸、没有升温，请立即联系纽约国际967线路测试技术工程师）

After half an hour, check whether the purification column is heated up.

Do not touch directly.If there is no temperature rise, please contact the technical engineers of Mikrouna immediately.

 

5、3小时后，检查浮子流量计是否在15~20之间，再生排气口是否有气体排出。

After 3 hours, check whether the float flowmeter is between 15 and 20 and whether there is gas discharged from the regeneration exhaust port.

 

6、再生结束后，水氧值低于100PPM时，点击循环，使水氧低于1PPM,手套箱调试工作完成。

After the regeneration is completed, when the water and oxygen value is lower than 100 PPM, click on circulation to make the water and oxygen value lower than 1 PPM. The debugging work of the glove box is completed.

 

小贴士

再生结束后

若箱内水氧指标高于100ppm时

请重新启动清洗直到小于100ppm

开启循环至水氧值小于1ppm

手套箱调试结束
